We have made our lives more and more sedentary. our modern lives of sitting, watching tv, video game, working at a desk; all contribute to a sedentary lifestyle.

The liTERATURE
The concern for both sedentary behavior and mental health is on the rise. Focusing on improving both mental health will in turn will promote healthier physical life ( Hoare, E., Milton, K., Foster, C., & Allender, S. 2016).
Being sedentary for more than 5 hours daily is associated with lower cognitive function in adults when no physical activity is taken into account. (Edwards, M. K., & Loprinzi, P. D. 2017)
